We took a ride on the Polar Express this year as one of our Christmas activities. Santa and his elves are on the train while you make your way to Solana Beach and back from Carlsbad. Daron and I were a little unsure of the whole thing, but it ended up being a hit with Carter and Naomi. The elves sing Christmas carols and get the kids prepped to see Santa. I die at the picture Daron took when Carter realizes Santa is almost coming every time. Oh, the magic of Christmas! It produces the best smiles!
The moment he realizes Saint Nick is coming... Gah! I love him!
And because this has been Daron's life the past 6 months...
